Awful disgusting business practices and policies. They do not care about customers and do everything to take your money and dump you when things go wrong. I regret ever engaging with the platform. AVOID AT ALL COST

They cancel me one day before my accommodation and offer me 25 euros of compensation. I had to look for a new stay less than 24 hours from the entrance and pay more than 600 additional euros ... incredible. The app does not give any coverage to tenants, it is all a lie. Do not use the app, it is as safe as contacting the owners directly pq there is no guarantee, you can stay on the street anyway. Total scam.

Disappointed in this app, a host says he can not give the reservation and instead of him cancel to get my money back places that I cancel it to stay with 50% but of the value of the night and stay additional with the expenses of service and cleaning that I do not know what they thought to clean if they canceled

This is the worst app to work with, this was my first time trying to book a house to hang out with my friends after a concert, but every time I try to reserve a house, the app wouldn't let me, for the reason that it suspects I would throw a party, so I ended up reserving with vrbo

Terrible choice for hosts, I don't recommend... I rented a room to an undesirable who has left it half destroyed, dirty, taking the set of sheets, stains on the mattress, I claim him and this subject has left me such a negative review that I will not be able to rent my apartment in life, inventing and going to harm, as revenge. Airbnb does nothing, do not trust them, never protect hosts only guests, even if they are incivic and break the floor. Lamentable.
