Unfortunately, your drivers are embarrassingly bad at reading, I have never received a package from you delivered to my door, always somewhere else on the stairs. You certainly can do better.

Does one not allow changing the shipping address. What else is the point of getting this god-cursed app? And you also have to have an active delivery to even use the app, so you might as well not have to download it in the first place.

My return pickup was canceled without explanation. Said the driver had tried to reach me but had not missed the call. Could not book a new time for pickup. The so-called "chat" is a joke, can only fill in pre-selected answers and end without having received an answer to the question. Also had problems with cancellation when the goods were to be delivered. Will never hire Airmee again.

Delivered empty damaged package outside my door.

He left the package on the sidewalk outside the fence anyone could take my package.as before some packages that have never arrived I want to get in touch with Someone responsible I no longer want to transport an order to me Best wishes, Ghassan

Stuck in process due to an irrational service message stating that “please make sure you have an ongoing delivery in process” (which I do have) but can't get the d*** app to send a verification code.

The app doesn't have a login feature & so assumes a new install is a new user. I had to reinstall the app & now I can't use it because my email is already registered. I know TO ME! Having a login for already registered users is an extremely basic function that is missing.

Am very disappointed with this app as I happened to change the date of delivery, one minute after I changed so I could not change back to my original day of delivery. So very bad app.

My first delivery with Airmee, and then the package is thrown at a neighbor on the road, who does NOT live in my house and who has a completely different name than mine👎
