It doesn't work... i have tried this all week and realised i had to spend a certain amount to earn my rewards. I spent the required amount and still no rewards. The only thing this app does is use data and storage

Doesn't always track, but my main gripe is I had £5.64 and just looked account now have £4 ? Also no way to contact you?

Used to be great. Hasn't picked up any purchases since July, and suddenly all the wilko purchases are reset to waiting resulting in a negative balance.

So many missing transactions and they NEVER respond when reported. Transaction stays pending then disappears. Considering the hassle and unreliability I would suggest using another cash back provider.

Worked well til beginning of May & every other transaction does not show up, especially the Greggs in fuel stations or services. Also the Ignite feature which is meant to be linked to your bank account for D/D transactions or anything linked to your bank account has not picked a single transaction & I am expected to have kept all receipts for the past transactions so as to prove my purchases. What's the point of asking to link up to my bank account if they can't pick up the details! Frustrating!
