Not sure if it was the last update or not, but for the last few days when I try to open the app, it pops up and then closes immediately. Won't stay open.

It will not accept my user name and won't let me change it. It cuts it off and locks only part of it in and will not reset. It only works on my computer.

Junk fee seat upgrades need to create value

Junk fee seat upgrades should not land me in boarding group E. That sounds like a standard dare seat boarding group.

Flight

I was flying First Class and had to place my luggage bag back in Coach. I had to wait for the entire flight to disembark before I could get my luggage. The reason this happened was they allowed early boarding to place their luggage in the First Class area, which is not acceptable. I had a problem receiving my meal and I was in 1c and she took care of the passengers at the side of me and behind me before delivering me my food. Other passengers were looking at me like what is wrong. I have been a faithful customer of Alaska Airlines for twenty plus years and never been treated like this. I am very unhappy. Dave Earnest

Needs work. If I check in my entire party only I can obtain their boarding passes. Each party member has to re-check in themselves on the mobile app to get their boarding pass.
