App is weird
Like aldi but the app is not user friendly. Sometimes i am able to shop products and then i lose the list and cant get back to it. I can only see the weekly ad and a web page redirect. Am i going crazy? I deleted it bc useless. Tried again. Same thing happened. How to get to list of products?? I definitely saw it

Hard to communicate with shopper
Much of the app is fine but it is so difficult to change orders or communicate with my shopper. If there's something in my order they can't find or if I need to add something to my order, I'm supposed to communicate directly with my shopper. Half the time my shopper doesn't see my message too late. I also don't communicate with the shopper via the app but through a website link, which is less convenient. Change the app so that it's easier to communicate with the shopper.

Love the store hate the app
Ever since they changed the app I hate it! The biggest thing is that they took away the previous purchases feature. I buy the same staples every week and now I have to search each item. The search algorithms need to be improved also. I just searched for peanut butter and it brought up peanut butter granola bars, cookies, candy, pretzels, etc., but not just peanut butter. This happens with multiple different items. It also tells me I'm logged out every time I go into it and when I go to log in, it tells me I am already logged in. Very frustrating!
