Was ok. It's not great money on surveys. But the main problem is its a VPN, and it blocked/ interfered/ disabled the live view of my Ring Doorbell, rendering it useless. As soon as I uninstalled this app, the live view works straight away.

Would have a higher rating if the Ad Verification VPN necessity did not interfere with my internet browsing. When on, nothing loads. Not in my browser or my social media apps. When off, everything goes back to normal. As for surveys, I get about 3.00 in Amazon credits per month. Not amazing, but better than zero. I just can't use the VPN anymore (which does add an additional 2.00 credit). Google Rewards works much better and is way more lucrative overall.

the VPN broke the app, it worked fine until about a week ago. now everything is slow when the VPN is on. unacceptable!

I've had this app installed for a couple months. I rarely get surveys. The always on VPN has been drastically slowing down any app that requires Internet lately. It's made any app needing Internet essentially useless. $2 per month is not worth breaking all my apps.

VPN makes phone unusable First few months were good. Received $2 + monthly rewards. September 1 everything changed. The VPN makes every other APP on my phone unusable. So Amazon gets to use my data and I get a phone I can't use. Sorry gotta go now.

Although it is simple in design, I found numerous times I would keep losing internet access. In order to get it back, I had to force close this app. I just uninstalled this app as it wasn't worth the consent interruptions. Samsung S22 Ultra

Use to be 5 stars till after today9/24/23. Ad verification vpn kept messing with my wifi, I would turn it off so I could surf the web and it would also mess with my apps, the stupid thing would turn itself back on, called the customer service and that place is a joke, everyone there seems stupid, why have a customer service department if no one there knows what the shoppers Panel for their own company even is. Bunch of stupid people kept asking me what order I was calling about.

Don't have WiFi with the VPN on 😐 I've reset the Internet and tested everything else on my phone. Tested other devices in house. It's definitely the VPN with my WiFi. Happened after latest update.

To take advantage if all of the benefits you must install a VPN on your device. The VPN essentially makes other WIFI devices (smart home, wifi enabled and app controlled stereo) useless. After contacting Amazon support about the issue they hung up on me. Do better Amazon!!!
