Needs a best design
I think it would be a better experience improving points such as more neutral designs and better navigation with more speed within the app. And Zelle should be a little nicer

It's never easily accessible. Updates delete all your info. Can't use your ssn, debit card or your email to verify your info. I've never had the acct memorized. I have 5 banks. This is the ONLY ONE that doesn't accept your debit card or ssn!!! I hate it.

Can't use for most important reason. Got bank account from purchasing auto loan. So I get the app thinking I can pay my loan bill. Nope. Turns out u cant unless u have money in the savings. Only way to put money in the savings is to go2 actual website. And from the actual website u can pay the loan bill from dif bank acct. So while u are on the main website u may as well just pay loan from website, and not bother putting it in savings first so the app is useless. O and $ takes a week 2get there

Overall I like this banking app. It's very easy and responsive to use. But have we lost the ability for mobile notifications? This used to be available but I can't find it anywhere now. You can still setup alernt online but I'm looking for a mobile notification each time a purchase or deposit is made.

BUG + VPN blocks logging in
BUG, in the latest update there is a pop up saying all the new features in the app. It is still here weeks later. App always logs out and need password to use Face ID, even this often fails and needs 4 attempts. App constantly says “syncing” so a 10 second quick account check periodically can take up to 5 minutes total, and often times I just have to go about my day because I can't deal with it for 5 min, to see numbers in my account… // The pop up happens every time the app opens. So I have seen the onboarding pop up screen 5+ times now.. So bad. VPNs are currently blocked since a recent update. Every time logging in, it needs to be switched off, which is a hassle, especially since it puts you in a vulnerable situation with your bank info, especially if using public wifi. Please fix asap

Typically love this app--easy to use, safe, secure, and user friendly. It has SO many problems with syncing and accounts. It tells me every single time I have challenge questions to answer, that it's syncing, that it's having errors and to try again later, and it doesn't accurately reflect spending in the pie chart (it says we've only spent $55 when we've spent thousands). These things seem to be chronic problems, even after years of using the app.

I've had to call this bank so many times because their stupid app. The app itself has issues but the Zelle feature is the dumbest thing I've ever seen. I've used Zelle for years without issue but as soon as I made the misfortune to choose this bank and they forced me to use the Zelle in their app, I can't do anything. Nothing works at all. My phone can't be used for Zelle for some reason and all my old contacts can't send me money anymore. Terrible.

constantly cannot sync all my afcu accounts. also won't let me remove old accounts, when doing so, they still remain. app will sometimes glitch out and features become unavailable to use unless I log out and restart app. overall, just filled with bugs and a pain in my rear to use. I have been using it for years, it's updated and these problems still persist. I wish there was something better to use but this is what they have and I don't trust 3rd party apps.
