Amex has recently removed the ability to chat with an actual person, via the app. Bad move as this was a crucial aspect of the app for me. Please return that feature.

App so bad I switched credit cards
An app so bad they are making me seriously reconsider using them as a company. I'm either locked out of my account daily. Or the app refuses to remember my password. Wife has the same issue in different iPhone. I want to monitor my money. Not fight technology due to bad code.

Anything more than that you have to navigate to look at each statement. Therefore, not the app is not the easiest to review anything on.

Log in code is terrible
Having to use a sms code every time I open the app is annoying. It use to be ok because the iPhone would be able to pull it from messages and you didn't have to change over to the messages app but now you changed the format and that doesn't work. But seriously can't you have some kind of remember device?
