What's the purpose in having location preferences if we can't change them? Great choice let's choose some neighborhoods like who really cares just let me change my location

Ignores my budget criteria. If I apply a max budget, I would quite like to see results that are in my budget, not sponsored apartments.

I really like the concept and even tho I'm not going to move out for another few years it's fun to look at options. The only problem I have is that it needs more options. Some apartments on ankeny for example that are very nice especially for the price weren't mentioned even when I gave no restrictions besides the location. Great app tho

Not happy with search abilities
I don't want one specific area. I want the ability, like Zillow & Trulia, to clear borders & use two fingers to move the map & search. If there's a way to do that here, I couldn't find it.

Very laggy
Lately when I try to use the app, it makes me sign in over and over again and still won't show me anything. Every time I switch apps and go back, I have to sign in again. And when I try to look at matches, it will just be loading and show a place called “name” with the phone number [phone]. The only thing I can really use on the app is the shortlist.

won’t load from emails
It would be really great if the already present stress of moving wasn't exacerbated by apps not working, like this one. I get emails with notifications about units that fit my search criteria, yet upon clicking the link, am repeatedly asked to log in, which in doing does not bring you to that listing afterward.. wth?? Rinse and repeat with the same issues if you try again. Recent update did NOT help.
