Worse app I've ever installed, it now keeps asking me to log in every time and when I try it keeps saying my email address is wrong (which it isn't) Lost rewards in store by not being able to use it.

Why do I have to get a text

Good app sort from fact you have to log on every time and receive a text verification code. Very inconvenient- why not face recognition?

Does not register

The last 5-10 times I have shopped at Asda the points have not been added. I don't know if I should scan at the beginning of scanning the shopping or at the end. I've tried both but my “pounds” have not registered either way.

This app keeps signing me out every time I use it. Only recently started to do this it's an absolute pain in the rear.

Very frustrating. Since I've updated it I can not get back in as it says my password is incorrect. Even when I make a new password, it still won't let me in, and I have quite a lot of money saved on it.
