The app works well. But when really pressed for details says, “It looks like we've reached the limits of our conversation. Can we talk about something else?“ Compared to ChatGPT, the design is more appealing but the capacity is ludicrous.

I bought a one-time purchase of this a few months back and when my phone broke and I had to replace it, when I read downloaded it, it would not restore my purchase. Then somehow I started getting charged weekly. I have tried contacting customer service various times and zero response. Not only is this really irresponsible but it shows the lack of customer care and how they like to handle people's money.
