Frustrating premium delivery
Once again I've not received my order with next day delivery. Why am I paying extra for premium delivery when it hardly ever happens? . Now it's Royal Mail not giving a toss when your order arrives, I have premium delivery and I ordered on the 22nd of September it's now the 25th and my order has still not been delivered. Absolute garbage.

Very bad experience
So the app itself works, but the customer experience is just terrible. After ordering an item we receive an e-mail with the estimated delivery, but problem the logistics do not follow at all, no return, or even a tracking link. To date the order has still not arrived, the money on the other hand has been taken. As for customer service, you'll be chatting with a bot, so no help in perspective. I strongly advise against it, even AliExpress does better!

I ordered some sandals which I returned the next day or two after receiving them. I made the return on Agosto.Ni 18 I have been refunded the money or know where the sandals are. I have tried to contact them in a thousand ways and it has not been possible. In the chat waiting 15/20 minutes every day and there is no way to talk to them. I lost 60 euros but from today I delete this application and for my part nobody will ask for anything here 👎🏼

The ASOS app is not very good. I've always found it slow and badly designed. I have also decided not to use ASOS any more, simply because of the fact this company supports cancel culture and has woke authoritarian values, as we saw recently with them pulling their adverts from Rumble over the Russell Brand fiasco. Thank you

be aware they sell fake brands, i bought recently a nike and only one month start scratching and deformation. and you can check it inside the website there are some products which you can not evaluate or send a feedback and most of the time those products are the fake one, i do not recommend this website

asos has GBP to euro rate 1.4, so you have to pay 20% more if you pay in euro(real rate is around 1.15). asos disabled option to pay in GBP if you are outside of the UK. this is rip off.

The app writes that there are several payment methods and also displays them with a corresponding logo. But then I can only choose between two options in the actual payment process, and I don't even have one (Riverty). This is suboptimal.
