They closed my account for trying to ask for the card for no reason, and besides that I can not withdraw the money I have there

They have taken my 10050 rs on 1sep but have not deposited it yet. They give vague answers. Email and chat they dont provide solutions. Their customer care John Paul is worst of all. He only does copy paste and closes conversation without any solution. Worst app service. Dont use.

I categorically advise against it. If we could award zero stars, I would have done it. I topped up 10,000f in Litecoin via trust wallet which confirmed the transaction but I still haven't received my money on Astropay. I contacted the support and we are in endless gymnastics between the evidence I provide and the customer service that seems to be a robot. Nobody!
