Please make the forward 10-15 seconds!

30 seconds is not practical. It's way too long. Doesn't matter what one's watching - movies, shows or sports - 10-15 seconds would be the sweet spot. Please, developers, make this happen.

I can't tell you how many nascar races I've missed the end of because directtv dosent consider nascar a sport. I record a race, it runs long, directv ends the recording at the scheduled time. Football, baseball, hockey, even soccer gets a automatic extension. Trash! Maybe time to find a new provider after 5 years.
