Missing Parcel
We ordered and paid extra for a parcel to be delivered by express post to Gordon NSW (distribution centre is in the next suburb from us, Pymble NSW) which should have been delivered on Wednesday 20th September. It did not arrive, the only tracking information was that the parcel arrived at Mount Kuring-Gai sorting facility on Wed 20 Sept at 4.13am & should have been delivered that day. On Friday 22 Sept we called AusPost customer service and were told that the parcel wasn't missing it just hadn't been lodged with the distribution centre and we should hopefully receive it this afternoon. Then we continued to try and lodge a missing parcel through the AusPost App to be advised that it wasn't missing and will be delivered on Monday 25 Sept and is coming from ADELAIDE (SA) AIRPORT. Not HAPPY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

three days late on express post what a joke and now I will not receive it till Monday as post office don't deliver on the weekend and if it doesn't get delivered by Monday I'll have to wait till Wednesday cause I don't live local so we only get mail Monday Wednesday and Friday fix yah service it's disgusting

Not good enough
My parcel went to P.O. Box instead of delivery address !!! I don't live in Melbourne I cannot collect I was sending to my friend in rehab !

Australia Post Postal Delivery Officer thought it was acceptable to sign my name for a parcel that required signature, without my consent or knowledge. No apology from Australia Post and no action for them to remove PDO from my area. The same PDO is still handling and delivering my mail. Extremely unprofessional by Australia Post.
