I enter my PIN twice, twice it's wrong. Then I do it a third time, first I have to enter my TA number and when I do that, I go back to start and I can start all over again. Ok - Enter PIN: incorrect. Enter your PIN again: wrong again. Enter your TA number, then proceed to enter your PIN again. I enter the same number as in attempts 1 to 4 and now it is correct. ??????????

Unfortunately, the app doesn't work with my Samsung S20. I don't even have the ability to tell if the placement in front of the smartphone is right or wrong. Every reader should report at least one error, give some sign of whether and what is wrong. You feel ridiculous to turn the ID card in front of the lens, wait, turn again, etc. I'm sorry, but I could almost have guessed that. We Germans are at the bottom of the list when it comes to digitalization.
