Unable to view insurance
For those who live in West Virginia, we can not view our insurance policies in the app or online! This is vital and every other carrier in the US has this feature. Get with the time AAA, we need to be able to access and view our policies in the app!!!!!

AAA should NEVER have stopped using live humans to answer their phones. It is stressful. The robots can't understand you half the time and then they can't deliver proper instructions to the tow truck drivers, like where you are. I would never thought about giving up my membership for my credit card's free service and I have had AAA forever, even though if you forget to renew they start your membership starting date over. Once they get here they are great& the Plus Service was a needed service

I tried to set an appointment to have my car unlocked and it said I needed to call for that. So I called and they said they don't take appointments until after 11 am. What's the point in being able to set an appointment if you can't do it before rush hour? So I had to ask for service when I woke up for work the next day. So I tried to use the app again, and it told me I needed a “locksmith” and had to call. So I called again and they said nothing about a locksmith when they heard my issue. So basically the app was 100% useless and just wasted my time

The text alerts are the only way I can interact with AAA. I'm in a remote location. Without the app I'd be standing outside, hoping to get enough connectivity to get AAA calls.

After multiple issues where AAA sent out 3rd party technicians who were complete morons, costing me a good thousand dollars worth of unnecessary expenses because I was the moron who trusted their advice, I can never again support this company. There are many better options for roadside assistance than AAA. Theyve grown too big and can no longer provide even adequate service consistently. Sent in an email on 9/14 titled "App Review" as asked, and still havent received any communication from AAA
