Love AutoZone but this app is garbage. Have to manually select each item for pickup or delivery instead of just one button that let's you choose, maybe other shopping apps have spoiled me, but if they can do it, so can you. Could not get the app to take my card info even after entering, re-entering, checking double checking and everything was right. Signed in on the computer and it took my info no problem at all on the first click. Uninstalling.

Pointless technology
I was ordering for the first time brake rotors, figure simple easy order. I got fooled with next day shipping and a coupon code once you check out to warm your heart. One week later…. I still did not receive my parts. Very disappointed coming from such a large company with such a basic order. I won't name other companies because that's unprofessional but someone else would've gotten this right easily.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD WITH A RETAILER WHEN I ORDERED FROM YALL! YALL DO FALSE ADVERTISING AND THEN WHEN CAUGHT YALL DON'T MAKE IT RIGHT! THEN AFTER GETTING CAUGHT NO ONE REACHED OUT OR EVEN TRIED TO REACH OUT TO ME TO MAKE UP FOR YALL'S CROOKED BUSINESS DEALINGS!

Not very helpful
I work at autozone and most people look on the website and it says the part is in stock and they come to the store and we don't have it. Also I have recently bought some stuff from here and it was supposed to be delivered the 13th of September and it is now the 25th and I still have yet to get it.
