App buys SEO and hides you from direct venue purchase. Also there is nowhere to find the fees that you paid.

I thought the others are bad
I thought the other ticket vendors were bad until I used AXS. I simply will not purchase tickets for any event using AXS after my experience with them. I was unaware my event had switched vendors until my plans were already in place. I will know better next time.

app does not download and is needed for event. cleared cache, restarted device. nothing 20 min. just pending and spinning. never ever seen an app not veing able to start a download before. they need an alternative method for providing tickets for events.

Customer service stinks
After 45 minutes of hearing how to turn off my wifi and logout-login-logout- can you believe I was frustrated? Only to be met with an idiot of an operator who would rather explain to me how not to be frustrated and she was trying to help, but could never actually create a solution. At what point do we collectively realize technology isn't making things easier? I will delete this app at the end of the event and hope to never use it again.

All that hassle just for the ticket to not show
No i don't want another app on my phone just cause i want to go see a band. I bought a ticket to a concert, downloaded this since it would be quicker and the ticket does not even show up in the app. Here i find out it's cause there is a “transfer delay” for this show. You have over complicated things into them being not helpful at all. it's 2023 if i buy a ticket, you make download an app, bare minimum it should function.

Worst app I have ever used to buy tickets
Multiple attempts to purchase tickets. Fails each time. Not the best business model really! So many usability issues and leaves a massive lack of confidence. Despite the helpful guidance from CS nothing works. Extreme frustration.

I had to verify my email TWICE within minutes of each other, once with a phone call code, and there is 0 way to access tickets without a smartphone. If I had literally any other choice to buy a specific show ticket I would do it. This method is not worth it. Zero stars.

You can't just email me my ticket? You have to force me to download an app so you can make more money off selling my data on the back end? Maybe if you didn't spend all your money on app development you wouldn't have to charge a BS $15 "CoNvEnIeNcE fEe"..
