Too difficult to get appointments and you can't even speak to reception without one, plus they constantly cancel on you last minute.

Rushed and disjointed care
Trying to get comprehensive care through this service is almost impossible. Rushed 10 minute consultations, different issues being treated in isolation by different people, no time to get adequate care. Worst medical care I've experienced, it feels as though we are being pushed through so Babylon shareholders get a better return.

Service is great, app is a hot mess
App is confusing, not logical and feels like three different apps jammed together. A bit like the NHS which is too bad because Babylon is a great service. Hire some different UX/UI people!

Terrible when trying to add family members.
Instructions are vague and just report not valid without helping you find a solution. Also the company membership code is a big secret I only finally learned after numerous calls. But even then it will not accept my family member. Hopeless.

Difficult to get appointments anymore. You can't actively choose a specific doc/nurse you have seen before you have to hope they might be availability and come up as 'seen before', meaning it can be hard to have continuity.

Appalling service
I paid £39 for a one off appointment. The clinician was late. Didn't call me. Cancelled the appointment and still charged me £39. Outrageous. I will not be using this terrible service again.
