Not good at all
Massively clunky app. No attention has been paid to user experience. Not possible to search transaction by keyword (ie name). Five actions required to select payee where only two are necessary. On iPhone when transferring funds the keypad appears over the amount entered so up have to manually swipe up to see whether you've entered the right amount. The shortcomings are too many to list

I think the ap is good. I enjoy the insights and the messages with help with planning bills. Feedback is i would like to be able to see transactions on my savings account. I raised it on phone and was told it was because some users dont want to see and another time that it was an IT issue. I would also like to have the ability to change a direct debit date online without calling. I was able to do this with kbc, and view transactions on savings, and I miss this functionality on the ap.

Biometric fails everytime and the is using 7GB of storage on my phone!!!! Why?

So outdated
Is there any word of a new app coming for us customers? I remember using Danske's app 8 years ago and it felt about as modern as this does. So many customers will be put off by the clunky interface, lack of Face ID. Few more specifics; 1. Once you transfer money to someone the reference is saved as that so you can't write specific reasons for transfer in the future eg “taxi”, “birthday”, “bills” etc. 2. Should be able to name your own accounts or at least see the balance of each when transferring between accounts- otherwise you're required to know each account by the last 4 digits.

It’s using over 3GB of space
It's such a clunky app, but not sure how much of this is just an issue Bank of Ireland IT infrastructure? It's using 3.29 GB of storage space on my device, which is way too high for such an app.

Overall it's a poor app. Needs a major update fixing the lag issues, bugs etc. Is all too slow, all too often

365Account was blocked even though I was putting the right PIN. Rang the customer service and they unblocked it but still couldn't log in. They asked me to uninstall the app and install it again... let's see if it works.

We’ve now added biometric login for both RoI and UK customers, giving you the option of faster login using your face or fingerprint.
