Worst bank ever. Locked my account after trying to change my pin one time. Call customer service is a joke. They don't answer. If you call, you will be holding for over an hour. After I am locked out, I have to call customer service. I did have my number hooked up with this card. Still did not make a difference. Still had to spend an hour on waiting. Could not even send an email to the bank because in order to do that I would have to be signed into account I was blocked from.

Not enough customer resources.
I keep having my password change and the temporary password that gets sent doesn't let me into my account. I'm moving my refund to an actual bank in the future.

This is so aggravating like I can't enable on my card on the app from being locked due to a error with their system. So literally having a lock card without my choice at all. I can't turn it back on at all it's still enabled. I have funds on my card and I'm trying transfer money to another card. They say my card number is wrong and my zip is wrong. ?? When I typed this information 100 times literally. I been on hold for 4 hours !!!!!!!!!!!!! This is so unprofessional and this making me furious
