It's OK. Allowing the spelling checker to operate and longer text fields in notes would be nicer. I have to shorten say September 2023 Pension top up £1234 To 2023 09 pen top up And it doesn't allow dots or hyphens I wish the devs would look at some other apps by competitors and take the best bits

Good app experience. 1 star because you unwaveringly block my attempts to move money to stock exchanges. It's my money, what makes you think you have the slightest say over how I invest it? I'm very close to leaving you after 18 years.

Useless from start to finish. I need to use Mobile PINSentry to enable access to Mobile Banking but, having allowed 6 weeks from registering, that option still isn't present. "Contact us through the messaging in your app". Nope, that's not showing either. App is fully up to date. And all this to address the fact that Barclays have closed a dormant amount (after notifications in an app I couldn't access at the time) and are making it ridiculously difficult to access MY OWN MONEY! Pathetic.

They say "do this in app" then you can't find it, it's a waste of time, and the cheque payin tool won't work, yet other banks cheque pay in tools work fine

The Barclays app HOW TO REGISTER If you’re 16 or over and you have a UK-registered mobile number and a UK Barclays current account or Barclaycard, you can register for the app. You’ll need the 16 digit number off your card, then follow the onscreen instructions. Some customers may be required to verify their identity with PINsentry or at a Barclays cash machine.
