Kicks me out of account EVERY SINGLE MONTH then I have to spend over an hour on the phone trying to prove who I am so I can login to my own account!!! It's ridiculous

Quit making me enter my password!!
Decent app, but the push notifications are freaking annoying I cannot turn them off and I've called in to support with no success, I'd rather have a text alert not a push alert but no they don't offer that for transactions but they light my phone up with alerts without my consent. Also I'm routinely forced to enter my password to sign in even when setting up fingerprint in the past, what a joke. It doesn't even let me paste my password, they would rather me have to manually type it in, which is more error prone and vulnerable to shoulder surfing.

App issue
I want to delete a bank account and the app won't let me. I have to go to the website. It's very inconvenient.

Customer service unbelievably bad
I've been a customer for about 20 years. Haven't had many issues or reasons to contact customer service. But I hadn't logged into the app for a few months and had to reset the password. No problem, done it many times. However, after going through the whole process I got a message that my access was denied due to security reasons and to contact customer service. Called customer service. Was told there is no issue with my account and to try to reset password again after 24 hours. Did that, same thing. Called again, was told that IT would contact me within 24 hours. 48 hours later, no contact from IT so I called again. They walked through the same script again and again, insisting that the issue was on my end, i.e., I was using the wrong browser, I went to the wrong website, I must not understand how to reset my password, etc. Four days into this, still locked out of my account, after them walking me through the same script and insisting I try the same exact things I'd already tried 15-20 times, I asked to speak to a supervisor. Same result, just read from a script, etc. She insisted that there was no other way to help than to have me go through the same process of trying to reset my password. Altogether I've spent about 90 minutes on the phone with them and probably an hour on my own trying to address the problem. I can't believe this is customer service these days. I mean, I realize it's reality and the corporation doesn't give a crap whatsoever about the customer, but this is insane. Denied access to my account and nothing will be done. Thanks Barclays.

Horrible app, very difficult to log in each and every time. It is the most difficult of any credit card finance related app I have ever seen. I have no problem with any sort of two-step verification- and this day and age that is totally reasonable. The app is so buggy and gives you so much grief often telling you that you are entering the wrong password even if you aren't, that I have ended up changing my password many times. So bad, wish I could just cancel the cards without any penalty

Can’t sign on
Since latest update 3 weeks ago, the app won't take my information to log on. As soon as I input password the app deletes all info and restarts. I have to log onto the website from the phone for any banking I need to do. Responding to developer's response: That does not work even when I manually input my log on.

Touchy
App is too touchy. Every time I'm trying to scroll, my scroll ends up opening a transaction. It's too touchy.
