Message issue
It's irks me that the text I receive gives me a message number but when I try to read the message I can't be sure which one the text was referring to. Also, it's absurd that I can't see thethe word's I'm typing right now.

Fire the entire team that has worked on this "new and improved" version of the app. The only reason most people use the app is the one function that is being messed with. A few months ago I was able to add all appointments to my calendar. Then the update a few months ago took that option away. With the last update I am now able to add 1 appointment to my calendar and I can not add doctor details or more than one appointment at a time. Seems like someone is milking a contract by breaking the app

Not a lot of communication since my appointment mix up or rather when it was moved to another doctor not my regular doctor. Then the ER doctor reword what you say to what they say ant it to be becaia I said I amoke because I helps my nausea and helps me eat I don't smoke to get high and I just start e when my stomach start d hurting and I start d loaong all my weight ams I took you'll 2 and half years to figure out what's wrong and you'll still really don't know. You say it's pancreas division

I am unable to past the home page. It just freezes on the home page. I tried numerous times to uninstall and reloading. It just stops on the homepage.

app used to work great but since about June 2023, I can't open messages or test results via the app.

Cannot see any upcoming appointments other than the foremost which is pictured on the homepage. Can only send messages and am unable to view them. Says "something went wrong. Please try again later" in the front box and "ERR_NAME_NOT_RESOLVED" in the background box. Please patch bugs.

Hard to log in an offer no real second option to reset password also front desk will not help either they will just ignore you

You cannot save appointments directly to your calendar.
