Please consider the following change to your platform
Please consider adding a “not interested”feature. I'm not interested in Mrs Brown's Boys, I never will be… I wish the show had never been commissioned… I hate it with a passion… it represents everything wrong with the way the BBC is run… so many genuinely good shows have been cancelled, when this lowest common denominator floater has survived like the cockroach I repeatedly tried to squash with the bottom of my sandal on holiday. Please, please, please stop recommending this show to me. I'm not interested in the new series, in the same way that I am not remotely interested in any of the old series. I begrudging pay my TV license, but please optimise your platform so that it provides a more tailored experience.

It's 2023 and the TV Guide still won't let you see details of upcoming programmes. You can't even add an upcoming programme to My Programmes. Couldn't be further from TV Guide. Also, stop recommending Mrs Brown's Boys. I will never watch it.

The BBC is tracking you!
Does a fall to 3.4 average not prompt change? Seems privacy is a dying right these days... Perhaps they could spend less time tracking users and get the App that we pay for to actually work properly! Never remembers your last played position, so what is the point of signing in??? Move the playback slider back slightly, release it and it instead jumps forward past the point you started! Multiple releases and the downloads still constantly fail!

Locked out because the app doesn't recognise my password. I go to change it to my password and I can't, because I've chosen my old password. I try this password again and again I'm locked out.
