My experience with the BECU app has been great in the past, but I've been unable to log in this past week or so due to a persistent 'authentication failed' error message. No login method works. Please fix this issue ASAP; I will update my rating once it is resolved.

The app crashes on startup. Shows log in screen then back to my home screen. It worked last week. I have cleared cashe and reinstalled.

EDIT (9/25/23): Please update again. Samsung's newest update over the previous weekend causes the app to close right after it loads. If you have a bio-lock on it, that barely loads in before the app closes again. I've tried about 10 times since the Saturday update. Please fix.

I don't know what changed, but this app will not even open. It worked fine up until a week ago. I've uninstalled it, reinstalled it, checked for updates- nothing works. It opens for a brief second then crashes and closes, can't even attempt to log in.
