Login issues

I had to try to place multiple times in order to get through.

Price change on items, difficult to order when it is duplicated. Never could check out.

Should simplify the login to manage the credit card.

Horrible customer service. Spent 1 month trying to work with Best Buy and their third service delivery providers to have a new gas range delivered. Best Buy's customer service kept telling me the product was back ordered even though they tried delivering it to my house. When they tried to deliver it, they refused to haul away my stove (when I paid for the service). They told me a different third party had to haul away so I had to send the product back because I had no place to store it. I called Best Buy 5 different times to attempt to coordinate a delivery, haul away, and installation all on the same day and the day of the appointment would arrive and the system would show my appointment as “needing to be scheduled”. Customer service gave me the run around or would assure me it was taken care of but then the day of the appointment, there would be a no show or only partial delivery of the services I bought. Ended up cancelling and ordering through Home Depot with no issues and saved an additional $100 through Home Depot. Won't ever buy appliances through Best Buy again. The problem is Best Buy's system isn't communicating properly to the warehouse or third party providers, the one third party provider showed me the order on his side and it was completely different than what the customer service rep told me. No one wanted to listen but there's definitely system issues at play.

They never had the really good offer on the app, I just received the alert, I logins and No available?? Horrible, at store you get better options for sure.

The future low to high and high to low doesn't work also as I'm told many at the store in stock doesn't work in Puerto Rico???.

No tablet support, doesn't work well with Samsung Dex and can't even get landscape support after years of updates. This isn't a native app but a web wrapper and just lazy.

terrible experience when I ordered online I got a laptop with openbox and with less price,money got deducted I was waiting for the laptop and was at the store on the date they said the order was cancelled because of unavailablity but I got a confirmation mail as well as money deduction.
