Awful app. Can't check in/pre-register, modify reservations, or do much else. This is woefully inferior to the apps for other hotel chains.

The app is slow. The search feature tries to reload your last destination even though you changed it. It constantly logs you out even when you select, keep me logged in. Loading pictures of the hotel is poor, not intuitive, and slow loading. Overall, just a pooly designed clunky app with hiccups and glitches, I'd expect more from such a large company.

Login in with "Touch" is not functional (at least not on Samsung). In same session I'll get multiple pop-ups asking me to confirm cookie settings.

Hard to use
Overall I really like Best Western hotel's great service, clean and reasonable priced. Rewards and specially the APP need updated. Extremely hard to use. So I've been going into the hotel to make bookings! The price I get directly from the motel is ALWAYS CHEAPER!!! As a upper tear member this is just plan stupid! I'm done using the app!

Awful no bacon loud noises antuquated ac in ft mywrs airport loud noises aout of AC boom bam every 15 minutes outrageous deposit $250 cause keeos ghetto out that speaks volume customer service she didnt bother saying good morning was too busy on her phone rooms have old ac loud n 15 minutes sonic boom out ac units ...dont stay here you wont get sleep is a misereable experience old building ..you have tp put under remolding....you need disclousre ..i made mistake rm 131 dont stay there...
