Trash. Said new customers get a $200 bonus for the Sunday night game when depositing and betting 10 dollars for the sunday night steelers/raiders game. . Welp, deposited, and no bonus. Seems like everyone is having the issue, company probably did it to get you to deposit, then spend more money as youre waiting for your incentive that never comes. Started a chat over 3 hours ago and not even a hello yet. . Wish i could add screenshots. I get answered and then they send me right back to the queue

I've been using this app for years and never really had an issue until recently. Never had to contact customer service, and im glad i didn't because they are horrible. I had to get in contact with customer service for a referral promo that did not go through. My friend used my link to sign up, but when he did, the app automatically put in a different promo that cancelled my referral. Customer service refused to fix the issue and basically said it was our fault. Did absolutely nothing. Horrible.

I have accounts with all the major books, and the customer service with MGM is by far the worst. I received no help and was left to answer my own questions. They are also dishonest about their promotions. Do not use!

Mediocre promos and Poor App performance. They don't honor promos you signed up with either. You have to contact the automated help desk which stinks as well. Fanduel and draftkings, even Caesars sport book work much better.
