Couldn't end my ride on the parking spot because the app doesn't recognise the parking spots. Basically i was forced to pay 20 euros and take the scooter back to the place i got it.

l've attempted to rent a bicycle twice in Cascais, Lisbon, but neither of them had a working motor, I got charged 1.60 eur for each attempt. Then I took a third one (last one), and it did work somehow, but it was extremely loud because the basket was badly attached, motor was clanking, and also I couldn't adjust seat height (it was sliding down constantly). When I tried to reach out to support and describe the issue, it directed me to bot only and suggested useless articles. This is horrendous

Scooters never started I've been waiting for refund over 90 days , only took the app 9 seconds to take 15 $ from my debit card . what a sham

"Something went wrong, please try again or message support" I rarely use this service but when I tried to use it today, I got the message above when opening the app and entering my email address. I have $11 in my Bird account and now I can't even use it. How can I message support if I can't even open the app? Smh.

In all 4 UAH/min, and here 7 UAH/min In addition, a deposit is required, payment after the fact is impossible. I took a ride once, saw the check, I won't do it again.
