Is it a scam?

The application was okay and I was able to sell, buy and swap the cryptos, then suddenly, I am not allowed to sell or swap, and when I try to swap it shows me the amount that I have, but it wouldn't let me add any to the calculator to swap! Why is this happening??

I'd give 0 if i could, wouldn't allow me to backup my account, swap currencies or send to an external wallet. This pathetic excuse for an exchange scammed me out of $1400. I'll definitely be suing just wait.

When buying bitcoin, it does not show the payment window. When we buy bitcoins and then when we choose to pay through a card or Google Pay, then this window does not exist at all due to the latest update. On the official website, there is the same garbage when you want to buy yourself bitcoin through the official website and stupidly wait for this payment window, but it is not and is not.
