The application sucked, booked a trip, the point of communication with the driver disappeared, then deviated. Wait 3 days for a refund. This is how many times you need to enter an advance payment in order to leave with at least someone

The app is not bad! However, the journey is gone, even if you only travel part of the route. Maybe something else can be done about it.

The application works well to manage its travelers and the collection of trips. On the other hand, it overestimates travel times, which can cause waiting for the driver if he has not anticipated.

I had trouble for 2 times, as the ride not have waited or attended. Once, even, being contest day, my luck I left the house well in advance.

The driver should be able to decide the route, (app brand and I can not change. ) In relation to the amount charged should be free and not imposed, (limited) by the app. Because app puts deviations for impractical prices. Passengers typically require detour. If it is hitchhiking the passenger could not request a detour.
