Completely useless, not user friendly, if you forget your password you can't change it unless you remember the original password, which if you could remember it you wouldn't need to change it.

Do not trust this platform ! To many scams and fake supports . I lost my BTC . Because was scammed on my 12 phrase . And there is no support chat , no support email -nobody who can help to solve the problem .in support they only have some questions/answers . Witch will not help you if you are in the problem ! Facebook profile also SCAM . There is a many fake support are there . Will never use that platform again

Blockchain, has literally stolen $ 1600 from me and my receiver. Over 1500 was sent on September 15th and September 16th . That had been in manual review for 2 weeks now. No help whatsoever. Only thing to taln with is a bot. Defi wallet, there is somewhere around $140 in there no way to get that out. That was deposited in there do to the apps not working correctly. No help. Only a bot. Send email, no good. Says address can't be found. Do Not Download. Thieves, nothing more than thieves. Stealing

Very disappointed with the application!! There is no way to contact them!! I am very disappointed my money is blocked on this application for 1 month to the day .I tried to reach them on their mail and I received a feedback that this email does not work! Then I contacted him via their online chat and it is a robot and who understands nothing to what I tell him who answers me and subsequently it is not even an agent who takes over the application this close! This is a scam. AVOID !!
