Disappointed
1st I wanna say I loved and used this card for awhile and it was great it 1st. However, over the last 6 months, it has been disappointing. 1st they stop with the free $ loads at Walmart. Now, only place you can do it and not pay Family Dollar. There's no Family Dollar near me. On top of that, they went to a minimum load of $20. When I 1st started using it, you could any amount you wanted. I primarily used it for online gaming and it was great for awhile. But due to the above mentioned changes, I've moved on to another card. I'll be happy to come back if things go back to the way they used to be.

App shuts down Has not worked for days. Customer service says "we are aware Thank you have a nice day" then they hang up!

I'm giving it a one star because I have been trying to log in the app for 2 days now and it's not letting me, but other Than that it's a 5 star because it's been a great app for me it's helped me out alot.

Unable to completely launch app? I've tried uninstalling and installing several times to no avail? Are there new upgrades being done to the mobile App?

App doesn't work at all it doesn't even open

Since the new update, I can't even open the app anymore. As soon as you try to open the app, it just crashes and closes out. It worked fine until the update. I've been using it for years and loved it. Whatever they did in this "update" needs to be reversed. As the saying goes, "If it isn't broke, don't fix it."
