Failure
Will not keep reset passwords or Face ID. This is continual. It resets every time to log in. It's crap.

This stupid app never takes my password even though it's set up with my finger print to remember. It makes me change the password weekly. I never had this problem with Bank of the west app. it's beyond frustrating when I just need a quick balance check. I dint have time to go through changing it every other day.

Worse bank account EVER I was banking with Bank of the west then they merged with BMO and since then I'm been having connection problems with linking accounts and keeps locking my account... I'm Closing my account very soon .. DO NOT BANK WITH THEM!!!!!! TRUST ME 💯

Horrible , this bank buys my bank and then over the course of the last few weeks constantly makes me reset my password and now won't let me log in at all . I'm at my wits end. This whole thing sucks, if I could give it less than 1 star I definitely would.

This app sucks. So does the service of bmo. If you have problem don't bother calling them wait on the line for 45 minutes and no help. Can't order new debit card after hours. What is the point of having an app? Some ppl Can't make it to the bank or have time so would be nice to do your banking on this app but nope!
