I take my car there to get a repair one thing done , and they told me I need to have my brakes replaced and rolled replaced also. But I told them I just need to replace my wheel bearing so they did . At the of the day around 5:30 I picked up my car and drove home the next morning I drove to work only about 5 miles away from home my tire almost came out,then the man seemed me because he was next to my car at the stop light. I full over on the corner of the street I called them and they said bring it back we fixed it free for you. After I bring the car back everything goes wrong I spent over $2287.79 all together it doesn't make sense.They took me for bad . I never want to go back in there again. Rips off. Starting off with one piece and going on about 5 different things.

CAN’T CANCEL MEMBERSHIP
Update: Customer service phone rep was able to cancel my membership, but couldn't refund me any of the months they kept charging me after the last time I “cancelled.” This is an AWFUL business practice that you can't cancel your membership anywhere in the app or online. The ONLY WAY to cancel is to call a phone rep, and there's no way to verify that they actually cancelled other than waiting to see if you get another bill. Seems greedy and predatory for no reason.

This app just sucks, it's always slow. Requires you to try to login twice even if the password is right and overall a bad user experience.

The apps a bit glitchy ngl they could do a lot better on development. However AAA itself is friggin amazing with their insurance prices, all the discounts and offers they give. That is totally awesome and if the app gets a complete overhaul redesign where you don't have to wait for it reload every second (basically it's a webview for half the app when navigating concert tickets for example). AAA gets 5 starts this app gets 3 starts untill it gets re-designed. 👌
