I received the clothes, but in poor quality and not as shown. I had to pay the postage for the return shipment myself and I never received the refund. I warn you about these scammers! !️

Boohoo app
Very disappointing for such a big retailer! Pure let down and very frustrating! Not able to see all my favourite items, allowing me to see only 10 at the time, can not switch between pages, keep going back to subscription page when I never asked for it and don't want to subscribe. Not able to preform simple functions, like removing likes from items I originally liked but changed my mind… basically once you like it you are stuck with it? I should be able to remove heart / like whenever I want! Horrible app

Bug fixes needed
I had over 100 items in my wish list as I removed some from summer, it rapidly dropped to 10, and I can no longer add to it! It's really frustrating as now my camera roll is just becoming full of screenshots of my wish list items so I can find them again with ease

Everytime I download this app it has issues. First it wouldn't let me log in, then I couldn't reset password and now I can't log in with the new password. Absolutely pointless. Will just use the web to look at this site. So off putting. Much prefer to use the apps for shopping.
