Downloaded today. Seemed OK at first, but then refused to let me add anything to my basket and hours later still is. Technical problems, apparently,and yet I seemed to be getting lots of popups about how many other people had just added stuff to their basket! Edit - turns out I can add to my basket if I log out of the app. But then when I've put what I want in my basket and log in again, it deletes my basket. So poor.

I have to keep linking my advantage card. It seems to forget the information all the time. Frustrating.

Ridiculously Poor App. It doesn't know if it wants to be an app or a website page. It simply doesn't work if you want to book appointments. Jokers.

Shocking app. Very slow and 2 out of 3 times, can't process orders. Why bother to offer to customers if doesn't work or not offer the convenience? Their Tuesday deals online are a joke too. Whatever is on offer, if they are popular items, it's out of stock.

Unfortunately, I find the Boots App old-fashioned. Navigation is dull and bland, searching repeatedly duplicates the same offers. Products have been the same for decades, repeated offers on fragrances, electric toothbrushes, socks with deodorant make it uninviting,and tedious. Browsing is hard work. There is nothing to entice you pursuing the products other than your regular items that you are familiar with. I simply order for convenience with click and collect. Advantage card is a positive.
