Lost customer
It is extremely annoying that you are stopped at the checkout because the discount you bought an item for only applies if you buy even more items. That's why I'm not going to go shopping on Boost anymore, the app has become an annoyance. You send customers into the arms of Zalando

App is simply not working For some reason the app does not display the orders, does not collect/register bonus points from purchase and does not even let you to track your package. Also no syncing between the app and the web profile whatsoever. Very disappointing.

There is still a little room for improvement
There is hardly any description of the products ever, maybe only the material in the add-on/product information.. The size chart works poorly in the app, regardless of the brand, because often it doesn't open at all (the arrow just turns but doesn't open the menu, i.e. that table). Sometimes the search function results in wood hay, hopefully that will develop! Paying and making the purchase itself is really easy! ☺️

I ordered 3 garments and used a coupon when paying. Before I could even get the goods home, Boozt had lowered the price. I asked to return but they told me that the voucher or its value will not be returned. A return in my case would thus mean a loss because the value of the coupon burns inside. Customer service couldn't do anything at all for me, very disappointed because other salespeople are much more accommodating and flexible.

Booztpay through the app didn't work, didn't have to use the link I received on email to pay for the goods, in addition, the postman delivered the hero home parcel to the wrong mailbox even though I have my name and number on the mailbox
