So a good brand like bose and the soundtouch app has been left to oblivion so that our bose devices seem useless. Pfff improved app please with revolutionary features even though there are superior boses that are now on the market

Logs into my Spotify account but won't play anything because the app disconnects the phone from the speaker as soon as you hit play on Spotify. App hasn't been updated in more than two years? Looks like my last Bose purchase ever.

Everything we hate about apps, all in one app. Lack of ergonomics, visual of the 2000s, few features, nothing is good, to throw away! For the price of the speakers we will expect better ... congratulation

Easy to use. However, the installed Tunein Radio player is now useless since Tunein lost permissions to allow access to nearly all radio stations after UK Court case. The Bose Radio Sound Touch 20 is great just wish they would update obsolete Tunein player with decent Internet Radio app.
