Balance transfer DOES NOT unlock after 5 payments. BEWARE. Support drops and says you'll be contacted in an email that never comes. App exists to extract membership fees.

I was charged two subscription fees. I've asked for help repeatedly. I get aan automated email saying the same thing. When a human has actual responded. Asking me to verify my personal information.I immediately reply with the info required..And then I get no response. I have gotten the run around now for about a month. Unexceptable. I really don't appreciate the way I have been treated and find it really unfair.

Pulled out money when they shouldnt!! Cost me $60 in fees and now qont refund the money they charged me. Don't trust them. Definitely isn't gonna help me get outta debt by them pulling money I don't have!!

Try to setup my account this weekend their system was all glitchy and the account got set up anyway did not see where my money went to and they charge my account $50 for nothing.

I was extremely disappointed in the app. I wasn't able to get my credit card verified. When I enter my credit card information, I wasn't able to press continue. There's no live 24/7 customer support even if you have a premium plan. Just a raggedy chat box to submit your inquiry. Bright is quick to debit your checking account $89 dollars for their premium plan but is very slow to respond to your inquiries regarding their services.

I wouldn't use this app again, even if I was given the choice of use the app to stay alive or death if I never use it again... give me death. They went into my bank account and too just about $100 from me, in which I never gave authorization. I write to support about this, and now, after it saying a 2 minute hold, I have to wait 48 hours for any response outside of an ai bot. Hours later, after I cool down I go to close the account. After clicking close 6 times, they've forced me into 3 months..
