Awful. Do not install unless you are patient and really need the app

It has taken two hours to get this installed. The entanglement of the two BA apps is confusing. The apps don't work properly with keychain, so having entered a password and then returning to login, it said it didn't recognise me. So I tried to reset password using the same one it said was wrong. It then told me that I couldn't use the same password, ie the one it didn't recognise! I had other problems too, not a good experience.

Who designed this app? Nothing does what it says it's does. And why when you're in the app does it keep asking you to open the app?!?!?

Horrible experience. Had to enter info that I already provided multiple times. Made me check in for all flights separately. The worst airline app I've used in a long time!

Even after manually entering the booking code, the tickets will not appear in the app. No carrier has such a terrible application.
