Worst customer service ever
I just had a conversation about a problem in my order an was the most stressful conversation ever, where the agent couldn't solve anything and I need to explain more than 5 five times each issue.

Easy to navigate but the app itself always has trouble loading and has a significant lag in adding things to cart. I've tried closing & restarting. Also checked for updates. The website is so much better.

No longer shows purchase history
The app no longer shows my previous purchases… this is a real inconvenience when I try and go back and reorder items I like in different colors.

Love this application
But my only issue and reason for not giving 5⭐️s is because i couldn't download you app onto my brand new mac air laptop 🥲i am not able to find not only your application but also many other applications that i am unable to access neither find or download!!! Im not sure if they just aren't available on a mac air
