package not delivered. state 2 x trying to call which is not true. and then message. Seemed you weren't home - sad hope was that Budbee wouldn't offer lying practices seems like DHL and post.nl

It is impossible to contact customer service, I am redirected to my delivery preferences every time and not to the chat. Last time I was able to have my package delivered in such a Budbee box, now suddenly not. Also nowhere to find how you can adjust that or why it is suddenly not possible. On the site, everything is in English and you keep scrolling to find something from contact. And then it links you to the app where you only see your delivery preferences and history.

For place of delivery
As others have written that no notice on when they will deliver and you do not know what time the package will arrive. For me the driver who is going to leave has left in the wrong place also I have written very clear information where they need to know when to deliver and in the app but still I did not get my package and now it is gone do not know if I come get it? Have written message to those that it says it was open until 10pm but no reply???

App: 2.5/5 works, information is there. However, disgustingly studded with advertising and offers. Service: 0.5/5. Unasked, thus forced change of delivery method to home delivery due to "full cabinet" is not ok. People have both practical and mainly private reasons for ordering to post lockers and delivery points. A question about whether it is ok with home delivery instead or if you can wait until there is room in the cabinet would have been in order. So total: 1/5. It is on the high side.

The app does not allow you to change home delivery to the box. Customer service is not responding. The delivery time changed from what was promised. It's your last time with this editor!
