Overcharges

It charges you more in-app (items cost more) than if you were simply to order in-person. A “deal” I had for a small whopper meal “reduced the price” to still cost more than what it would cost if I ordered verbally on-site. This appears to be a consistent, intentional issue they hope you don't notice.

Do NOT USE THIS!! They mess up your order in store... store makes you contact app for refund and app will offer you a coupon for less than HALF of what you actually paid. Customer service on the app has zero common sense and the whole process is dumb. Waste of money, time and resources. I'd give ZERO stars if it'd let me say what I wanted with out giving any positive stars.

Ever since location was closed due to an emergency. App no longer loads regards or offers at location. App was fine before unexpected closure. Now they have been reopened for a month and no offers
