Identification doesn't work
For two days I have been trying to connect the app to the new iPhone but on the stage of making a photo of my face it always writes that cannot recognise my face and compare with the photo on the id. Please fix this bug. I tried different backgrounds, with and without makeup etc. the result is the same.

Lately I have been having problems when I want to pay via a payment link via iDeal. He always says that the payment has expired and then I have to go all the way back to the webshop and look up everything again and put it in the shopping cart. Or as is now the case with paying for library subscriptions, it no longer works because the library says that they are still waiting for the payment. Very annoying and almost always happened lately!!

Handy and clear app that also has little trouble with malfunctions. However, there is a point for improvement: if I want to pay (with iDeal, for example) & the app is still open in the background (but the session has expired), then something goes wrong. The app gives an error message every time and the payment is therefore not successful. This ensures that you can reorder everything and also means that you have to close the app initially before you can pay. Great app, but a solution would be nice :)

• view your transactions, balance and bank accounts
• block or unblock your debit card or request a replacement
• make transfers and schedule payment orders
• log in to Internet Banking
• get notifications about credits, debits or direct debits
• send a Tikkie payment request
• add your accounts held with other banks to your overview.



Using the ABN AMRO app for the first time
If you already have an ABN AMRO current account, you can start using the ABN AMRO app right away. Make sure you have your debit card and your e.dentifier ready for the registration. You need them to set up the app. After that, you’ll only need your debit card and e.dentifier to confirm certain payments.



New client? Open a bank account in the app
It’s easy to open your first ABN AMRO current account in the app, without going to a branch. You can usually also open the account in the app using an international passport. 



Secure banking in the app
The app lets you log in and confirm lots of orders using the 5-digit identification code of your choice, your fingerprint or Face ID. It is important that you use your device with care, so be sure to keep your personal identification code secret, just like your PIN. Also only register your own fingerprint or face on your device.
