At first I thought it was my phone that had a connection problem then I realize that even with another phone the same problem persisted, error ... Check that other applications using video player... And even when I go out of all the applications it repeats 🤦 itself

I AM CONNECTED TO THE DECODER OF THE HOUSE BUT I HAVE A PROBLEM WE RESUBSCRIBE TO ESCAPE + SO I CAN NOT RECEIVE ALL THE CHANNELS IN THIS CASE SPORTS CHANNELS LIKE SPORT + 3 AND THE OTHERS THAT FOLLOW SO DID I WANT TO KNOW IF THE PROBLEM ARISES AT MY LEVEL THAT IS TO SAY THE PHONE OR SIMPLY IT IS THE APPLICATION ??? IF YOU CAN LOCATE ME BECAUSE IT REALLY BOTHERS ME THANK YOU FOR YOUR UNDERSTANDING.
