Easy to use app but has a problem with hidden fees. Even with 1:1 leverage you're still paying overnight fees. Also, for the same product (gas) on different leverages you pay the same overnight fees which makes no sense. Please fix this or at least be more transparent with the hidden fees. The app is good for day trading but a money eater for long term investment.

They wrote off all the funds, you can say they stole the prostitute! I do not advise anyone to download it! I think they didn't get rich from my money! The fewer people download, it means they will not be able to deceive these people!!!!!

Great app, but poor handling of 2FA makes it a pain to use.
It is a great trading app, it is such a shame that you have to copy 2FA code manually from iCloud Keychain every time you login. It makes me reluctant to even open the app and it ruins the whole user experience.

Bad customer service and data stealing
You get attracted by the app with a flowery description and over 2k 4.5+ ratings. So you download the app and create an account. To create an account you habe to first provide all your information- name, date of birth, address, phone number and email address. They then ask you your salary information and how much money will you be bringing. They ask you your risk appetite and reject your application. If you created an app only for rich people, include it in your application description. Nowhere does it say eligibility criteria- you need over xxxxx amount or risk appetite or must live in a swanky neighbourhood. And when I ask the reason why my application was rejected- crickets, no response at all. I ask for my data to be deleted -why should I allow an app where I am not welcome have my data. Apps like these should be reported for data theft. And customer service - pathetic. No response to your questions. Mid conversation you are told - “it was a pleasure talking to you”. No it wasn't. Delete my data from your app.

We start to loose our money by fraud behavioral from this company.. Hong Kong spread is 6 USD then suddenly it increased to 35 USD so you will loose at least 300 USD from your deal.. this company do that to prevent you from selling or buying to loose your money.. it is shame on it.. I will close my account after this disaster..
