Email correspondance with customer support is absolutely horrible and useless. I have had the most frustrating experience this week seeking help for my account. I have emailed 3 different people all of whom brought no solution and dismissed my problem as resolved. Im giving a one star rating because of how poor a job theyve done in 'trying' to troubleshoot and offer a solution.

App only takes money from my account, I'm trying to unsubscrib my account and it's very hard to do that, I can't even get to the customer service.

I have used this app for several years, but lately there's been a lot of glitches in the app. I haven't been able to get background checks done for potential clients so I've lost out on jobs. Messages that I sent haven't been going through for days or sometimes even a week. Customer service and support doesn't get back to you, I've tried reaching out and they never respond.

Rover for pets is better than this site. Not user friendly, not customer friendly, no customer support. They take their money and run.

This app is awful, it force closes constantly, none of the changes inside the app ever save you always have to keep doing it over and over and over before it actually takes. I paid for the premium membership to find babysitting jobs, and they force you to use the app which is downright awful.

The app seems to work fairly well. I have had people leave grest reviews, but they are not being posted. Where can the caregiver see the reviews they have?
